Most on this board already know this, but I am enclosing it anyway for the newer folks-
I am letting everyone know that Ultimarc is one of, if not the most customer service oriented vendors in this hobby.
I recently purchased a fried j-pac on eBay (thinking it was good of course). Upon realizing I was had, I emailed Andy at Ultimarc to see what my options were. Andy said he stands by his products no matter where they are purchased and would repair or replace it as needed. This is so over the top I cannot say enough about his commitment to the hobby and his products. He continues to amaze me as we resolve this issue and my appreciation has no bounds. I highly urge you to buy with confidence from Andy and Ultimarc. A great vendor, a great guy, and great products. What more could you ask for?

P.S. A note to those with screwed up ultimarc products, contact Andy before you pass it off on someone else on eBay. He will gladly work with you saving the rest of us and him added aggravation.

This is the JPAC we were talking about earlier, right?
No wonder you were having so many problems.

Yup, the same one you questioned me paying so much for on ebay. :( *lesson learned* (the hard way as usual...)

I will say that I had problems with an ipac and I sent it back to andy and he repaired it. That in itself is worth buying an ipac over something else IMO.

Yup, my video amp was faulty and the replacement arrived in only a couple of days ( I'm in New Zealand! )

I second that! A great company! Their products and service can't be beat!
Oh, and BTW, their trackball feels great too! This whole thing about unsmooth rolling/no rolling is untrue. The ball was a bit rough when I first got it but after a little 3-in-1 it works and feels just like a Happ.
