The thing I love is that some smacktard has bit it up to $14!!!!

And the best bit is that there are 4 DIFFERENT bidders, so there are really FOUR smacktards out there.

But yeah, I mean, really, how low can you get? Someone should report that guy but strictly he's not doing anything wrong. Picture is acccurate, description is accurate. There's always got to be some bum who wrecks things for everyone else.

The items are located in Germany and are only shipped to the US ???

What I wonder is how people keep finding these funny auctions. Do you read them all?

I don't get it.  Is he selling a poster and just called it picture because his English is Nicht so Gut (dunno if that's correct German)?  He could be a little clearer... and his negative feedback will get him in the end.  It looks like someone asked him about it because he added a clearer description.

Honestly though these people who are bidding on it and don't know they're not getting a game deserve to get ripped off if they don't read the description.  I bid on picture sleeve 45s all the time and the first thing I check is to make sure it doesn't say "sleeves only".

That's kind of wrong... but it follows procedure and code... I'm now conflicted  :-X

I used to be big into car audio and whenever lcd screens started coming out  there was a couple of auctions for pictures of lcd monitors.  It was funny because they sold for around a 1000 dollars.  the guy selling them was shady, he had a descritpion that listed all the specs of the lcd screen and somewhere in the middle of it he would say  it was a picture.

nothing wrong with it since he clearly states what he is selling. just like the guy who sold an 'air guitar' on ebay. but certainly where people use carefully crafted language to dupe people, that sucks

the clarification that it is only a picture was posted after the 4 bids were received.  The original description was missleading.  If he wasn't all the way in Germany, I'd kick him in the face.
