Title: Templates holding me back
Post by: vader on July 31, 2004, 09:27:31 pm
I have the Project Arcade book and want to you the standard layouts but as I have seen, people are having problems with scaling.. I have tried every possible  setting without success.  Put the scaling at 100 percent and still not luck.  Have tried paint, windows xp default viewer, photoshop included on the cd and Ulead photoimpact.  Some help would be greatly appreciated.  My controls will be here wednesday and I'd like to have the holes drilled..\

Thanks,

Tim

I used a low tech solution on the speaker mounting template on page 261.  I simply photocopied the template blowing it up.

Via trial and error I found that 165% brings that template to scale.  Just measure to make sure.

Thanks for the reply Mars....I just fiddled around with Photoshop and 160% seemed to get everything on scale
