All i've been able to find about scrolling your massive list of roms quicker, is using the second player joystick to scroll 100/500 ??? can someone elaborate on that a bit more for me?
or is there a way to change the speed at which the up/down arrows keyboard repeat rate is to make single selections quicker?
thanks

Okay, 1 player joystick up and down moves one space up or down at a time in the game list. 1 player joystick left and right moves 5 spaces up or down in the game list. 2 player joystick up and down moves to the top or bottom of the game list. 2 player joystick left and right moves 20 spaces up or down int the game list.

I wish there was a key that moved it to the beginning of the next letter in the alphabet.
Make it much easier to get to a certain game.

Well I wish minwah would finish joystick/mouse support so I could smack a trackball through the list of games all day just for fun ;D
J/k Minwah, take your time... the suspense only makes me want the new version more ;)

Actually this is how it currently works:
P1 Up/Down = 1 game
P1 Left/Right = 1 page
P2 Up/Down = 100 games
P2 Left/Right = 500 games
Well since I am taking my time for the next release, a few teasers:
It will indeed have next/previous letter jump shortcuts, which by default will now be P1 Left/Right (I have really taken to it).
It *may* have the option to use as many shortcuts as you like, to move any no. of games (if I can figure out a good way to incorporate it).
It will have support for mouse & PC joystick devices, which can be used to navigate. Analog devices can be used to attain different speeds of scrolling.
It *may* have simulated analog for digital inputs, in order to attain different scroll speeds. ie the longer you hold the input, the quicker it will scroll.
It will feature a 'find game' system (similar to the hiscore entry method).
So the navigation should be much better soon :)

Wahey! I'll be able to use my spinner for navigating. :)
I forsee a new way of selecting random games. Give it big spin, close your eyes and hit the start button. ;)
