Actually... I haven't seen them go for much less... Sure it was overpriced... but not by all that much.
$10 each is a good price.. $15 is pretty normal. so that was $22 each...
They don't come up every day.

The bezels are rarer than the buttons.
Each button or bezel, separately usually sell for $10-$15 each, so $46 for 2 complete ones actually is a farily good deal to the current bidder.
No, I'd not spend that much myself, but I need to reconsider my hoarding of 8 of these buttons/bezels in my parts drawer... looks like I could bring in $200 for them pretty easily. I'm not likely to refurbish any atari game, and could easily go with the Radio Shack $2 ones or Midway $4 silver ones without lights for my applications.

the wording is rather sneaky. the price is for each but they are not sold seperately so the you have to double the bid price for actual cost
