Title: Do you know how much a Star Wars Yoke can cost?
Post by: JustMichael on July 28, 2004, 03:54:48 pm
Any guesses?  Well their price has been going up and up and STILL up for a while now.  Today I looked at an auction (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=6108698979&indexURL=0) that I had bookmarked a while back and I was dumbfounded.  I simply could not believe how much they are going for these days.  I have seen them go over $200 before but never quite this high...
I just hope someone comes out with a mass produced "affordable" yoke for those who want one and don't want to have to pay with their first and second born...

lol

its a hydra controller (or just like my hydra controller).

it isn't as good for starwars since the its weighted (more resolution towards the center of the motion).

but hey... good for him.

These days it is probably more sensible to buy an entire Star Wars machine then it is to buy a yoke. Egads, I only paid $150 for my entire Star Wars cockpit, and the panels are selling for $350 now? Crazy.
