Title: Can I hook up Xbox to an Arcade Monitor?

I am thinking of using ArcadeVGA and an arcade monitor for my cabinet and would like to play my Xbox on there also.  

A TV cab is my last resort.

Doesn't the xbox only output .7v signals?

Won't he need a video amp?
