Title: Bezel for PC monitor?
Post by: Demon-Seed on July 20, 2004, 10:28:04 pm
Hello
I decided to go with 19" pc  monitor in my cab. Anyone advise where to get a bezel? What size? etc? I think an arcade 19" is larger? do they sell ones u can cut?

thx

i was also wondering this.  The Happs 19" bezel is sized for arcade monitors.  Does it fit a 19" computer monitor (aren't these like only 18" visable?  I was thinking about using some bllack foam between the monitor and bezel to make up any difference and have a snug fit.  Any input?

You could use the bezel that's already on there and paint it black.

I tried using a 19" Happ bezel on my computer monitor and it didn't fit well They are usually 18" viewable or less while an arcade monitor is a true 19" viewable.
Paint the front of the case black and then use a piece of black poster/foam board to cover the space between the monitor and the cab.
Or use tinted plexi and you won't even need the board. ;)
