Title: Betson/Imperial PS/2 Trackball

Does anyone have a Betson/Imperial PS/2 Trackball? I just hooked mine up and mame doesn't see the middle button. Do I need a special windows driver to activate the middle button? If so, where could I find said driver? Any help would be appreciated.
