Does any one have any idea what this thing is? I mean $50 buck for all of this seems fishy. Would be cool to see how it works... if it does work. Anyway check it out at:

*Shrug* It piques my interest too...

They are legit, but here is the thing.... Those screenshot they show are not shots of the actual device but shots of mame. The games look near arcade quality, but of course being composite they are kind of blurry on a tv, especially teh older classics. I believe the audio quality is way under par. Also these are sold on auction at ebay, new in the box for around 15 bucks all the time. I've even seen them in regular stores for around 25 bucks, so this site has them overpriced.
I've never owned one because I have mame and I need my arcade controls to live. ;) But they used to sell them at our local magic mart. This is what I'm basing my obsevations on.
Btw this is a completely dis-continued product.

If I remember right, that device is about the power of a NES in actuallity.

This are legit. I have purchase 2 already. The picture they used in there Web page are misleading. Lots of this games have different names like Galaza = Galaxian etc.. They mentioned they are Arcade versions, some are not like the Pacman series. 1 or 2 games have problems with graphics and sounds. I had mentioned this to them to check it before they ship me my second order, and low and behold, it is still there. This games are 1942/41 and forgto the other. I remember this one cause it one of my favorite shoot em up. They did not check it at all. Over all, I guess the $60 its not that bad, cause I put it to good use. The kids love when we droved 1000 miles. I purchased a TV/VCR combo fo r the car, and it had a A/V input it. The Gamepad runs of Battery also, so it was perfect. This is the first time that we traveled that I have not heard this word " Are we there yet ? "

I've seen 'em on eBay.

Ok. Just to clarify this up, these are NOT legit, not by any means. They are Japanese Nintendo Famicom clone systems, with the rom images built in. There are hundreds of variations of this exact same thing, and they're ALL pirate. Not a single one of these games is licensed.
ALSO, yeah, the pix they show there look nothing like the actual games you'll be playing on your TV. They're almost all 1st gen NES games that nobody really liked. There are a few prize items on there, and some of these go the extra mile by putting a cartridge slot for playing your own carts, but overall, it's mostly a lot of old games.
And like this other guy said, this one's overpriced. I would expect to pay less than $30 for something like this. Check your local swap meet, or Ebay. I always see them there. Search using "Famicom" or "Famicom Clone" for best results.
