Hello,
I'm using Windows XP Pro+ArcadeVGA+arcade monitor.
I want to use the "Classic 368x240" layout. The ArcadeVGA software changes the mode correctly, and Windows will run fine at 368x240.
My problem is that when MAMEWAH starts it changes the resolution from 368x240 to 640x480. When it exits, it goes back to 368x240.
I'm using the MAMEWAH setup program, and it says that the layout is "Classic 368x240". Also, I checked the layout.lay file in the Classic368x240 directory, and the first two lines are indeed 368 and 240.
I know that MAMEWAH is using the right .lay file since I took out the logos and it was reflected on the screen. There are 19 games on the screen on both the 368x240 and the 640x480 screens.
Any help appreciated.

MAMEWAH will revert to 640x480 if it thinks something is wrong with the layout...here's what to check:
1) Make sure you have a folder called 'Classic 368x240' within \mamewah\layouts, eg:
c:\mamewah\layouts\classic 368x240
2) Make sure you have the layout.lay file within the above folder.
3) Edit MAMEWAH.CFG and delete whatever is there for 'Layout Name', and save. Then enter 'classic 368x240' as the 'Layout Name' within Misc Options in MAMEWAH (ie NOT by editing the CFG file). If all is well, the layout should now change. If not, it should revert to 'Classic 640x480' (you will see this as Layout Name on screen).
If that doesn't work post back...
