How much do these usually go for?  I know they're not cheap...

Depends on who's selling them.  ;)
Depends if they have cones with them or not.
Depends on the kind of cone.
Depends if they work. ;)

I've seen people ask anywhere between $20 and $25 for a pair without cones. I don't know if they actually sell at those asking prices though.

The cheap way to get them is to find auctions that sell complete control panels, with those buttons on them. I scored 2 for $1.99 this way.

We don't have local auctions in New England... and shipping a whole control panel vs shipping a couple of buttons, you may as well pay $20 for the pair.

True. I forgot that when I scored a panel with those buttons, at $1.99, I also combined the shipping with 3 or 4 other items i won from the same seller....

When I won a CP auction from which all I wanted was one part, I asked the guy to remove the part I wanted and ship it to me.  He was happy to do so and re-auction the rest of the panel...
