Went to the local Happs Controls here in Vegas today....turns out that you can only order and pick up supplies between 9am to 12 pm M-F. They really went the extra mile for me in there....the customer service was excellent. I noticed about 6 Wells-Gardner 27 inchers chillin' in a corner of the warehouse....still in the box. I mentioned how I had heard a lot of reports about them not being shipped very well ::). Word is that if you don't pack a pallet of WG's right and they ship crappy, you are basically instantly out of a job. I guess they take their WG monitors a little more seriously now. I can't comment on packing materials, because I picked my stuff up factory direct. I scored 2 stools with backrests, 10 microswitches, blue translucent trackball w/ harness....nice people in there. :)

I had a similar experience at the Happs in Delaware. Great customer service in person, plus no sales tax in DE :)

Does the Happs in Delaware have the same 9am to 12pm policy regarding orders as the other poster mentioned? I'm a couple hours from there and I'd like to take a ride down sometime.

I don't remember the exact hours, but I think they were normal business hours. But you can look them up on line, and call just to be sure.
