Title: RCA to VGA cable?

I want to make a bartop by hacking a Jakks TV Namco game.  I have a 15" monitor that I got at a garage sale for $6.  I'd prefer to use that in lieu of buying a small tv for the project.  Is there a cable I can buy or hack to convert the RCA signal to the monitor?
