The lineup has changed somewhat since the last set of gameroom pics, so here is the latest batch. (Note, I have a fully working Stun Runner, and like 9 project games that aren't in the gameroom).

OT
BTW: Paige, are you getting email on the account listed in your profile? I sent you a couple messages, not sure if you got them.
---------------
We now return you to your regularly scheduled thread....
-
lol is that a picture of lisa kudrow on the wall between 2 machines? :D
edit: oh and btw, we all want to see what you look like paige, unless you post a pic were going to assume youre a disfigured mongoloid with 2 chins and lobster claws for hands.....
well not really but u get the point :P

I always assumed he looked like Phil Collins.
By the way great game room - I am, as they say, envious.
-
That IS my living room.
I got your message, but I read it on the cell phone, and it was marked as read, and I sort of forgot after that (I am hardly ever around the computer anymore).
Missing pictures show a couple pins, and the Star Wars cockpit.
The Stunt Cycle was free, guy even delivered it, I had to fix it.

he ignores my inquiry!!!
Paige youve posted pics of your machines many times and everyone always asks for ur pic. when are you gonna post it!?
-
Here I am right here. I usually take the pictures, and thus do not actually appear in many of them.
As for your question. Try going up or down a mame version, and messing around with the resolution and such, or trying the windows version if you are using windows.
-
Now, for the rest of the pictures.
Gorf!
-
Becky plays Road Blasters
-
John playing Galaga.
-
Some stuff on one side.
-
Is there ANYTHING in this picture that actually hints when it was taken?

Hey, you're not Phil Collins...! I've been tricked! :D
-

besides the beanie babies? is this a trick question?
:P
-
Did anyone else notice that the only pictures where he refers to having him in them also have a her as well--could paigeoliver actually be....a girl??? And with a baby no less! This would explain your lack of power tools in such a power tool demanding hobby! It would also explain the presence of beanie babies in the house! the plot thickens....
-

there's a mirror behind him, so i'm assuming there are drawers beneath it. a bedroom?
oh whoops i didn't read it right :-[. i thought it said anything in this picture that hints where it was taken.

The hottie in the belly shirt?
-
Is there ANYTHING in this picture that actually hints when it was taken?
Considering the mirror in the background and the "Space Wars" arcade... I assume the picture was taken sometime in the 70's...
-
Rodney Reindeer Rules!!!!!
(its Christmas right?)
-
eat mor chikin!!
-
Sorry... but I had to do it.
-
Is there ANYTHING in this picture that actually hints when it was taken?
Based on the way the shirt puckers around the mid-section, I would say just after the buffet ;D

HA! ;D

No, I am not the girl, that is Becky, and the baby is not ours.
-
Well If nothing else is to be learned from this thread, we can walk away with this--put enough arcade machines in your house and you are bound to get a hottie or two to come over and play ;D Just as a side note, I hope you have considered becky instead of sarah, she's smokin'... ;)
-
and then many years later I didn't want this floating around so I edited it.
-
So when was the picture taken?
Is the correct answer:
A) Considering the mirror in the background and the "Space Wars" arcade... I assume the picture was taken sometime in the 70's...
B) The hottie in the belly shirt?
C) Based on the way the shirt puckers around the mid-section, I would say just after the buffet
D) the beanie babies

-
Well, I can't find the exact post, but he didn't get the "Space War" cab until recently. I think is was about 3-4 months ago.

Chick-fil-A is indeed NEVER open on Sundays - in fact, if their products are SOLD on a Sunday (long story, but they can be sold through other channels) and it's found out, an operator (the franchise owner) can and will forfeit his unit and no longer work for them.
I dunno about un-american, but I DO know that they generally do more in sales in 6 days than most others in that same area do in 7 days...they've not been open on a Sunday since Truett opened the original, and as long as he's alive, they will continue the practice. After he passes, I wonder if that will continue. There are many many things they were first in - Food courts nationwide owe their existence to them, nuggets were first made by them, strips ditto...excellent company to work for, and if they come back to my area, I'd be back on board toot-sweet.
Never thought to google the cow, but what'd you look under? The cow was the generic promo one, unless you have some superman glasses that allowed you to see the small as heck CFA logo!

curses!! i've been discovered. danny_galaga is only the name i use as mild mannered reporter. as soon as i go into a phone booth and slip a pair of underwear over my trousers im:
superfool!

back to the topic of your gaming room paige- im intrigued by the 'star rocket' machine. im guessing electro-mechanical from 50's-60's? is it fully functioning? and can you give us a 'screen' shot?
-
wow paige u look a lot more normal than i expected. i was thinking u were gonna be this stereotypicly big geeky loser or something =P
nothing personal, just u have more arcade machines in your house than probably any non famous person ;)

The Star Rocket is electromechanical, mid 50s and not yet fully functional. All the individual coils and motors are working, but somehow it doesn't all come together, and it can't seem to successfully start a game, although I can manually do anything on the rear panel.
The game has a 5x5 grid at the bottom with some racquetballs in it, at game start all the balls pop up in the air and land in various spots, you pop one row at a time in attempts to get lines of balls and other patterns.

The old paige we knew

and now the new paige....
I installed a franken panel in paige oliver
