Title: Arcade instructions?

Is there a site/database out there that tells you how to play a game?
I know of klov.com but this just give a brief synopsis of the game.
What I'm looking for is something like an instructional booklet that lets you now what different items are and char. and so forth.
Basically I was playing Magic Sword and I had no idea that the different artifacts were or how to charge up my weapon.
Was just wondering if there was something out there

Didn't find an arcade section....  :-\
