Title: nOOb Jamma Question (UK / USA Compatibility)
Post by: Totallyout2lunch on July 07, 2004, 04:09:27 pm
I have just purchased a few PCB's from the USA, is there anything that I need to do to my cam before I try them out?

Is there a Power issue or any other issue that I need to know about?

Thanks.

If you have a JAMMA harness in your game you have nothing to worry about. JAMMA standardized edge connector pinouts and voltages so no matter where your board (or cabinet) originated everything is compatible.

Thanks for the swift reply.

My cab is a standard jamma, so there should not be a problem. I knew that Jamma was meant to make things easy, but I just wanted to check. Did not want to fry my new original Phoenix board!
