Guilty Gear X on the dreamcast is a recent favorite of mine. I am not sure what the difference between Guilty Gear XX #reload and the dc version, but I am going to buy this import for sure.

Guilty Gear XX is the sequel to Guilty Gear X, there are about 4-5 new characters, and the system is a little bit different. Check out Gamefaqs.com for more details. Both X and XX are available for the PS2 is the US.

You don't need to import that. It's getting a US release this November.

That looks totally insane. I've always wondered why no one has really tried this before. I always thought that for the console versions of marvel vs capcom some 4 player support would have been cool. I don't mean 4 simultaneous players, but it would have been neat to have each of the 4 players control a character, forming a tag team.
Although I have been trying to resist buying any new consoles, the ps2 keeps on getting more tempting.

I know DOA3 for Xbox has a four player tag team mode, with only two characters on screen at any one time. It's kinda fun. I'm not sure if DOA 2 (either DC or PS2) has the feature or not.
If you're a fighting game fan, I personally think the PS2 is your best bet. You miss out on a few fighters, like DOA3, but for the most part PS@ gets all the good fighters.

DOA2: Hardcore for ps2 does support 4 player tag-team matches. :)
