It's just a lighted rectangular button.  You can get  these at happs, possibly at bob roberts.  The graphic is probably a custom graphic put int he button.

www.happcontrols.com

The button comes apart and you put in what you want in it.  It's usually just printed on regular printer paper.

I got one if happs can't help you, pm me.

I think Bob Roberts has some of those on close-out.  Check his parts part, or maybe I saw them on one of his sale pages?  I don't remember exactly, but I saw some just last week when I was putting together an order.

I really like those HAPP buttons. I have 5 on my cabinet, One for the power (Square) and four on the 4 player credit buttons (circle, same size as a normal button). I opt never to put them on the "playing field" though. A nice touch is using them as a little Marquee. Just get white buttons and put a graphic in there. Unfortunately all my credit buttons are corresponding to the players color so you don't see all the resolution of the picture.  This is just an example but the character you do see is in the player 1 (red) credit button. A white button would look similar to this.
