Title: I suck at Command and Conquer Generals!!!

You know...I never thought I could ever suck at game like I suck at C&C Generals.

I went online last night for the first time.  I'm fairly good at Red Alert/Yuri's Revenge, etc, so I figured, well, I could probably do ok at Generals.

Wrong.  I got completely trampled.  Each match lasted about 5 minutes.

I mean, I tried everything.  Strong defense, all tanks, all infantry, trying to capture every building, air power...nothing worked.

Anybody know the secret????

Probably having no life outside of C&C would help.  Perhaps a few cheat codes to give you infinite cash or something like that.  I've just begun to play this again and I just play solo skirmishes - they can be hard enough.

I've never played any of the C&C games.....  

Some that I don't play very well include the Civilization series...

I've got Civ: Call To Power, CTP II and Civ III..

and suck at all 3.. lol

Cheat codes....why the heck didn't I think of that?

And yes...I do have a life outside of C&C.  At least I like to think I do.

I suck at the Civ games too!

There was this one time when I got online to play CnC and it was all like guns and tanks and bullets and stuff and it was so cool but then I got slain by an elf

I thought cheat codes were blocked when playing multiplayers.
