Hi,
I was wondering how can I get full screen mame on my pc WITH scanlines though? I am using .61b the windows command line one...with mame.exe. WHen I get scanlines it will not go full screen..it leaves a black border which is dumb...I want full screen.... how can i do it? I am having probs.
