THESE DO NOT HAVE THE TB/SPINNER SUPPORT. They do come with the wire harness though. They are the USB models.
$45 each shipped.
These are BRAND NEW just received from Ultimarc. I meant to order the ones with TB support and order these by mistake. My loss is your gain.

Are they ps2 or usb?

Are you sure these don't have TB support? The early MiniPACs had full optical support on every board...there was no difference between the $29 variety and the $69 variety -- only the harness was different. You might want to check that out.

Couldn't tell ya but the harness does not have the TB connections on it like the other minis I have here.
This is the USB version.

FYI, after seeing post #3 by jcoleman, I decided to check if the minipac I bought in April had TB support... and it does!
Granted I don't have the wiring harness for the TB, but I don't have the harness for the buttons either. Most of the connections on the board belong to a 40pin IDE cable (including the x&y axis of a TB). The only ones that don't seem to be on the IDE are 5v & grounds specifically for the axis. I'm still not quite sure why they may require their own seperate power but I'm waiting for a reply from Andy at Ultimarc.com. If you want to find out what I find out it'll most likely be posted
