Title: Silent Scope ?

I don't know if this is an inappropriate question here or not but has Silent Scope be adapted to Mame, or is it still 'too new'?

Not sure but doesn't silent scope require special gun hardware? The arcade is much different from any 'home' versions (the home versions have a magnified crosshair, the arcade version has a special scope in the gun that displays the magnified view).
It's probably not 'too new' for MAME (1999 for Silent Scope 1) but it's the hardware that makes this a game hard to emulate on PC hardware.

Is there a Silent Scope port for the PC? or is this only for consoles?

Converted to Console only.  Its far inferior than the arcade version though.

Yea..the Silent Scope series really is all about the gun controls...

Try it with the Silent Scope Light Rifle for the XBOX. It is an interesting experience. It is as close as you' re gonna get to the arcade game.  :)
