Title: Anyone have the Trackball Template from Project Arcade handy?

Does anyone have the Trackball mounting template image handy from the book Project Arcade.  I wanted to print it out but forgot my CD.  I tried searching but couldn't find it.  

Also, what are the advantages or disadvantages to mounting a Happ 3" Trackball using the football shaped hole vs. a Square hole?  I'll be using the Happ Mounting plate if that makes a difference.
