Just found these on sale and wanted to report. Didn't want to post in the "Audio" section so it won't get overlooked. I have a pair of these on a cab and they are great, love the remote feature, really nice to have on a cab.

Store pick-up only, some stores may be out of them, no shipping charge since they are pulling from available stock. Enjoy ;D

I didn't order any but I still find you to be quite attractive. ;) :-*

I bought these some time ago for my PC, and they are great.
They sound better than my 10 year old pioneer bookshelf system which I paid big dollars for in the day. Thats using the AC'97 onboard sound from the PC too.
The volume/bass mini controller that comes with it is very practical.
If you think they lack volume, check your windows and media player volume settings. Adjusted correctly, these babies can scream quite loud I've found... performance & clarity wise for the price, I got more than I expected!.
An excellent package IMO!!!

Oh nuts, the sale magically disappeared.

For those that are using these speakers(I luckily got a pair before it disappeared), did you try and strip the speakers from their case, or did you just mount them fully assembled in the cab somehow?

Just mounted 'em as-is with L-brackets, they sound great.

I formed a strip of copper that the plumbers use to hold pipes off of the ceiling. Can't remember what it's called but you can find a roll of in in the plumbing section at Home Depot for $2. It already has holes in it, so I just cut a piece that would fit around the speakers, molded it to fit tightly around them, and drilled them in place. Worked like a charm.
ALSO, these speakers are on sale this 4th of July weekend at Frys for $9.99!!!!!
