I know this has probably been answered before but I can't seem to find it in the archives.
Anyway, I have Wico 8-ways and was wondering how to make them into 4-ways. Is it just a matter of a restrictor plate or is there some other means? If it is a restrictor plate, where can such a beast be found? It's seems the Oscar restrictor plates are only for happs joysticks.

Ask Kelsey (oscarcontrols). They just restrick the movement of the post part, I'd think they would work with any joystick, it doesn't attach to the joystick, just to the control panel.

Thanks! Yeah, I was lucky enough to snag one of the Fox DVD ones before it was out-of-print (still available on eBay though). I'm curious to see what the "Incredible Adventures" version has on it that's different. Anyway, I suppose this is off-topic so I'll shut-up. They sure are great though - can't wait for the movie!

I've had a few people now email me and tell me that they've used the restrictors w/ Wico leaf joysticks and they work just fine. The latest email I received was from Telengard, however in this post he doesn't mention that he is using a Wico - http://www.arcadecontrols.org/yabbse/index.php?board=1;action=display;threadid=2052.
Even though I haven't personally tested the restrictors with a Wico myself, I've had enough emails from customers confirming that they work for me to add this info to the website now.
