the power cables from a ATX PS have 4 colors.
Red
Black
Black
YEllow
which is which for wiring. hot, nuetral, ground, etc etc. whats the 4th one?

I think you're talking about the drive power cables, right? If so, six seconds on Google would tell you:
Black - Ground
Yellow - 12V
Red - 5V

Yes, but it took about 6 mins as i could figure out the wording.

Usually power lines are color coded. Red for 5V, yellow for 12V and black for grounds. This isn't set in stone, but it is this way most of the time. When in doubt, bust out the multimeter.
