Yep, I used to have one of those. It came with "The Irritating Maze" Neo-Geo kit (http://www.hardmvs.com/html/iMazeQ.htm). If you've got room on your CP for it, it's great; works just like the Happ 3" trackballs.

how did you interface it?

It had the exact same molex connection as a regular Happ trackball, so I followed this mouse hack tutorial (http://www.ionpool.net/arcade/tech/Mouse_to_Trackball_Instructions.pdf) to get it running. I was surprised it was so easy.
The one you're looking at doesnt show the molex connector though, you might want to make sure it still has it. If not it'll be a little bit trickier.

The big problem with those isn't the wiring, it is that they don't make a mounting plate for them.
I'm pretty sure they use the same optic boards as the smaller trackballs, so you can get harnesses for them from Oscar, if you want to.
They mounted straight to the metal CP on the Atari Football games, Missle Command Uprights, etc...
Happs site says "mounting hardware sold separately", but I've never seen the hardware on their site anywhere.
