....well, for those who have seen my "artsy" threads in the past ....I'm proud to reveal 3, count 'em 3 new Arcade Art related projects.
ANNOUNCING--
Project 1-
MY CUSTOM ART ARCADE PAINTING
This was painted by an artist in my Art Dept. I had asked him to create an "80's" arcade and to put my arcade machine into the picture. Attached below is a pic of the painting and my actual arcade machine for reference. I now have this hanging in my office.
Project 2-
ET SIGNATURE/MUSEUM ART
Well technically this isn't an art project, but I did create the display. I met Howard Scott Warshaw at the Philly Classics (back in March) and he was kind enough to sign my ET cart. I mounted it in a 3D frame with photos and an explination as to why ET was an infamous game. I have it hanging in my arcade room next to my other art project (posted here in the past) of my Zaxxon boards.
Project3-
ARCADE PHOTO BOOK "Gameroom. A Closer Look"
I think I'm proudest of this little project. I created an actual book using Sony Imagestation (on line web page that allows you to make your own book) that incorporated close up photos that I took of classic arcade machines (again taken at Philly Classic). It came out great....and I'm posting a few pics below as well.
....well, that's it for now!...I figure that I already have 2 cabinets.....so I've branched out into art!
Enjoy the pics.
