I am just about done with my cabinet and ready to start getting my computer ready. I am looking for a frontend to use.
Here is what I plan on doing with it:
Mame (would mame32 be better than the regular version?)
NES Emulator (what is the prefered choice?)
SNES Emulator (what is the prefered choice?)
Atari 2600 Emulator (what is the prefered choice?)
MP3 jukebox( I like DOSCab_Jukebox_2-41, is this a good
choice)
What would be the best choice for a frontend for my cabinet?
Thanks for any help you can provide

There are several good choices for front ends around. It depends on the specs of your machine too. For the sake of arguement I'm assuming that you've got a semi-decent machine and are planning on running some version of Windows or DOS.
For Windows, there are quite a few in no particular order ::) :
-Kymaera
-Dragon King
-MameWah
-GameLauncher
-3d Arcade
-JFront
-about 2 dozen others
For Dos, here's a couple that I've used before:
-Gamelauncher
-ArcadeOS w/ AdvanceMAME
Each has their own advantages and limitations to them. Try them out, and see what fits your needs. I'm a little partial to Kymaera myself because I wrote it and maintain it.
As far as what version of MAME to use, don't use mame32, it's a version of mame that has a windows GUI front end built in. I've heard NoNameMame is good.

I forgot to add that I will be running Windows XP, on a Athlon 2400 system

What pmf said. I would like to add though that unless you need something really specialized, the other 2 dozen or so aren't worth even looking at. The best and the most useful fes for cabients are talked about on this forum. If they aren't talked about then there is probably a reason. :)
