Have there been any complaints of this http://www.electricquarter.com/ps2dualcont.htm (http://www.electricquarter.com/ps2dualcont.htm) not working well with 2 players simultaneously on an arcade cp?  Any lag or other problems?

My old roommate has that adaptor and it works for his dancepads.

Yeah that one is probably the best/most compatible of the controller adapters. The only one better than that is the Red PS Joybox adapter.
