Title: Kortek monitor questions.
Post by: dabone on June 08, 2004, 04:52:22 pm
Anyone know where I can find parts and schematics for a ki-2-vo chassis?

I've called kortek and they say they cannot tell what monitor it came from with the chassis number only..

(What a crock)

I'm in need of a horizontal width coil, and also the thing is doing the hula. (It has a switching power supply)

I have had the same problem.  In order to do my cap kit I needed to get every single cap myself.  Kortek does have a LasVegas Repair shop you can send the board too though.

Kortek monitors were sold under many names here in the USA:

Wico
Videomaster
Imperial International
Betson-Imperial
Penn-Ray Sutra
Sharp Image
Space Age Electronics

Kortek USA will repair all versions of their monitors at their Nevada repair center.

I think you can find what you are looking for here:

There's a Kortec Imperial 19" that has all the detail in it.

Nope, it's a 25" and the guys at kortek can't id it from the chassis number. They have asked me to take a pic and email someone in korea.
