Title: Help with Marquee and CP Overlay

Hi all

I have been trying to get ahold of Frosty to see if he could help me with these 2 items.  But know luck.  So is anyone else able to design these 2 things, I am willing to pay if the price is right!

You might wanna describe how you want it and I may be able to(I am always up for artwork) 8)
