After moving all my mame roms to a new drive, I had to make some changes to Mamewah... Problem being.. I messed it up.
How do I generate a game list that has the full game title? I tried all the different options but no luck. Am I missing a file or something out of my mame folder?

I am assuming you are talking about MAME. Make sure you change the list generation from "ROM folder only" to "Rom Folder vs DAT file" in the menu Emulator Settings -> List Generation Settings -> List Generation Method.
Or you can set "List Generation Method = 2" in emu1.cfg.
I hope this solves your problem.

I would set the List Generation Method to 'ROM Folder vs Listinfo (M.A.M.E.)' - that will save you having to create a DAT file :)
-
I tried both of those. No luck.
Do I need to create a listinfo file or something. What about the dat file?
THanks

No you don't need to do anything for MAME - just make sure your MAME 'Emulator Executable' and your 'ROM Path' are correct.
You're not using MAME32 are you?
-
Nope. Im using dos mame. not 32.
I will try again tonight. I will just start with a fresh mamewah and see if I can get it.
Thanks!

Try Windows Commandline MAME...DOS MAME should work too, but I haven't tested it for a loooong time ;)

I'm sorry.. I didnt know there was "DOS" mame.. I am using the command line mame.

In that case you probably have the Windows one...check if you use a mame.ini file (Win) or mame.cfg (DOS).
