Umm which person exactly said they were ashamed of their heritage??  Maybe you know of a posting I haven't read yet--we're just saying this guy is an embarrassment--lighten up...

i don't blame the poor guy.
I'd be ashamed if John Howard (Australian Prime Minister  :D ) tried this (or god forbid, Mark Latham  :P ). In fact, I hope he does attempt it. I bet my passport and citizenship certificate would make lovely kindling, just before I throw the flag on it.
