I know this must be a rather simple question, but I cannot figure out how to fix this! I have searched the forum and found nothing.
I am running MAME32 and for some reason the controls in Battle Zone refuse to function. I cannot move forwards, backwards or turn. The forward/left,backwards/right,etc still seem to work though.
I know that Battle Zone uses dual joysticks. How is this function incorporated into MAME? I would like to use the player 1 and player 2 joysticks if possible.

First off, I have a Duron 850 and BattleZone runs at Frameskip 11 in the latest MAME, it runs at FS 0 using MAME R36B12 or previous.
Default controls for Battlezone are set up for ease of keyboard use as follows:
LeftStickUP - E
Left StickDown - D
Right Stick UP - I
Right Stick Down - K
P1 Button 3 (Fire) - Space
You can either reprogram your keyboard encoder to match these, or reprogram MAME to match your control panel defaults..
Post back if you have more questions.
