I'm getting ready to order T-Molding from Happcontrols.com (see my thread below, I have a question on which kind to get)... and I'm wondering if I should order a monitor bezel along with the T-Molding.
I'm going to be using a 27" Toshiba TV that is 25.5" wide (in case that matters).
Should I order a bezel from happcontrols.com? Should I order it from somewhere else? Should I even order it at all?
Thanks in advance for the help :)

I used a Happ bezel with my 27" sharp TV and was satisfied with the results. To mount the bezel flush to the screen you would probably have to take off the TV case. However, I left my TV case on and there is only a quater inch gap between the bezel and the TV screen.
The bezel will be much wider than your TV and you will have to cut it to size. I did this with a metal straight edge and exacto knife.
I would say go for it. It may cost quite a bit to ship though.

Personally I would suggest building your own. Try looking at this thread (http://www.arcadecontrols.org/yabbse/index.php?board=1;action=display;threadid=17175) first and see if you think you could do this. Honestly making a bezel is quite easy and MUCH cheaper than buying one from Happ(especially when shipping is included).

IIRC, the shipping will kill you.

Shipping will kill you? Try living down here in New Zealand. Then talk to me about shipping :(
But back on topic - I remember an earlier thread about how much Happs charge to ship one of these things even within the states. I just about fell off my chair.
You're building your own cabinet, may as well build your own bezel as well. It will be just like art and craft in primary school. Just remember not to run with the scissors :)

Cheers for the thread!

The arcade bezel will fit the equivalent tv is two things are true.
#1. You decase your TV.
#2. You TV is a traditional set with a traditional curved screen (which is true for less and less models these days).
If either one are false, then it isn't going to fit, and won't look any better than something you just made yourself.
Also, instead of trying to order just a bezel from happs (paying monster shipping), try your local distributor instead, they might be in stock.
