this combined with the jet propelled scooter (also from england) confirms my belief that english people are by nature partially insane ;D  maybe its the climate--any brits care to theorize?

Kind of reminds me of the sandwich Rodney Dangerfield made in "Back to School" in the beginning of the movie.  (Scoop out loaf of bread, dump in all hors d'oeuvres.
