I'm in cincinnati OH... but I'm assuming it should be pretty cheap to ship.

would you be annoyed if I linked to the same tmolding router bit, from mlcs everyone links to every time someone wants a tmolding router bit?

I would have linked to RouterBits.com

why don't you... it's always good to have options.  Is routerbits.com cheaper or their stuff better quality?

I know mlcs is cheaper than buying it from tmolding.com (or is it t-molding.com i forget), and IIRC had free shipping.  But if routerbits.com is cheaper still, that's great... although i have my bit, and am too lazy to poke around routerbits.com to find it.

I don' t remember which bit I bought, it has been a while and that info is at home.  IIRC, I ordered on a Monday and had it on Wed or Thurs.
It was something off this page.  Note:  You have to buy the bit and arbor separately

That routerbits site is sure trying to tempt BYOAC members. They actually have a BYOSC page  8)

Sorry for staying out of the conversation....  (left to my parents for a few days... and they dont' have a real internet connection...)

Anyway, I was hoping for a used on from someone who used theirs and didn't expect to use it again.  They are just expensive enought that it seems like it might be worth recouping a bit of the costs.

but after that... how long do they last?  Should I even consider getting a used one?

I've put mine through several cabs.  Still running good.

I bought mine at Tmolding.com.  I looked around at the hardware stores and they didn't have it.

I have kept every tool I ever bought.
