Title: MinGW is MAME 32?

Is that all I need?  Looks weird...

MinGW is a C/C++ compiler.  It is used for computer programming.  You cannot use it to emulate arcade games.  However, if you want to compile your own version of MAME, you can use MinGW to compile MAME and then use MAME to play games.
