Title: coin doors uk?????
Post by: shaneMacgowan on May 21, 2004, 08:56:51 am
Hi everyone!
I think i understand that i need a coin door and a coin mech to go in the door for my arcade machine. Its just the switch that the correct coin entered triggers that needs to be connected to the ipac board???
Thats fairly straight forward - but are there any tutorial sites out there for adding a coin door with the ipac card?

Also, where the hell can i get the coin door and mechanism in the uk?

Thanks in advance!  ;)

Hey guys. I have a Coin Controls Credit Control unit. I have found the dip switch settings so i'm OK with that but I can't seem to get it work with my JPAC.
Should just connecting the JAMMA edge connector to the JPAC be enough or do I need to reroute some wires somewhere?
The coin mech lights up and is powered by a PSU in the cab.
I don't want to damage the JPAC, is there any danger in connecting it?
All advice gratefully received.

If you wanted to do it without mechs you could do what I did here http://www.aphdesigns.co.uk/arcade/
