Title: RGVAC...

can you only get to RGVAC from IRC? or is it a newsgroup?  Excuse my ignorance to all you goers, but I don't know what it really is or how to access it. I'm actually in the market for some board sets and want to see what going rates are or if anybody is selling...

It is a newsgroup.  rec.games.video.arcade.collecting

RGVAC is a newsgroup. You need a newsread, or you can use the free Google newsreader service (highly recommended).
