I'd give a bonus for #1, say 25 points for #1, 20 for #2, 18 for #3, 17, 16, etc.
2. Games receive points based on their rank. i.e. #1 gets 20 points, #2 gets 19, etc...

Besides the spirit of Space Invaders lives in in Galaga and it's ilk (i.e. improvements on the formula) so it's coo.

Personally, my biggest surprise is seeing Smash TV listed so many times...

it will get intense once you do the "Wall of Death".
You could look at the wat MAWS does it. That site just lets you give each game a score. Much easier to do than entering a selection of 20 (+added bonus games)

Keep voting everybody. I'll create a new list from the new (and old) info and I plan on making a web site dedicated to the BYOAC top 25 games.
This is a good one to keep stickied so that other, lesser, similarly themed threads aren't perpetrated. I notice Robotron was number 2. Gyruss was number ten.
