I have just got my Hantarex 21" MTC EQ/2 video monitor (to be used to build a cocktail cab)
http://www.hantarex.com/pdf/MTCEQ3.pdf
I haven't got my PC setup with the ArcadeVGA yet, so i have hooked it up to my old playstation using Scart connector. everything is now looking good (i had to make some adjustments to the horizonal phase and vertical freq/amp/shift). It is PAL system signal.
there is just one thing that i noticed when play testing...
there is a slight ghosting effect that is visible about a 1/2 inch to the right. is this due to a defect or should there be some adjustment that i should use to fix it?

heres some photos to demonstrate
-
this ones not so clear here (can just see ghost of head and fist) - but it is very obvious when fighters are moving around.
-
it is very much noticable in the psx memory card & cd player screen
notice that the screen colour varies across the screen as well (left hand side is darker)
is this colour variance and the ghosting related?
any ideas on how to fix? i am hoping that it should be possible to simply adjust something.
or is there a defect somewhere that needs RMA?

Heya - i had a simular problem with a pc monitor just today.
Seems that the svga monitor cord they sent with it was crap. It was like half as big arround as the other cords i have - and after i swapped it out - there was no more ghosting.
your wire gauge may be too thin... and or maybe it also needs those anti noise shields. I think some cords have foil arround each wire - and also have the anti noise filters sealed into the ends of the cords. These prevent cross talk and interference from other electronic sources.
Good Luck,
Steve

i am thinking about getting some of those clipon magnet donut things to put areound the cable - hopefully that might help.
however my primary use is going to be with ArcadeVGA (building a mamae cab). i am not getting ghosting with that.
I am however getting considerably more serious display issues. please see thread http://www.arcadecontrols.org/yabbse/index.php?board=4;action=display;threadid=19758
