I watched fast times at ridegmont high last night (<drool> phoebe cates</drool>) and now i'm feeling really nostalgic--had to fire up a game of pacman just until the feeling passed ;D...did I mention phoebe cates yet? I had completely forgot about this early 80's movie with a topless phoebe cates--so hot!

I recently rented that same movie (dvd) too !!!!
I saw the tv re-run looooong time ago...
didn't know the dvd does show her b00bs !!....
there is another one called "private school"...
I think.... but netflix doesn't have it....
appearently... it only comes out as VHS... not
popular enough to make dvd...
if you know where to get the private school dvd...
let me know... I'm interested....

private school--that sounds like one of those movies i tried to rent when i was 12 but was turned away at the counter 8) Me wants to see it now too ;D
Another movie I want to see is the 1983 one called joysticks (i know its a stinker but I've seen worse i bet) Anyone know where one of those can be had online?

I just bought joysticks vhs off ebay for 4.00--don't know if it will get transferred to dvd--its supposed to suck HARD! still wanna see private school--hmm hot chics running around with nothing on--sounds like a movie i could get into ;D
i watched porky's awhile back--definitely funnier when i was a kid but still a classic!

I saw Joysticks once. It was when USA Network used to show crappy movies late Saturday nights hosted by Gilbert Gottfried. I think it was called "USA Up All Night".
IIRC, it was pretty crappy. A typical early '80s teen movie set in an arcade, and I think the plot was the teens get together to save the arcade or something. I'd watch it again, just for the cheese factor. :D

I checked out the link by GadgetGeek...
it claims to be a private school import dvd...
anyone knows what it means ??....
There's another guy who's selling a new "sealed" private school dvd import also......
I wonder if by "import" they mean they "convert" a VHS ??... or import from another country ?? or what ??..
I don't see this dvd for sell anywhere... which means it probably is not an official release...

I saw Joysticks once, a long time ago. I barely remember it, at one point is there a contest towards the end involving "Satans Hollow"?
and Fast Times, I remeber sneaking in to see that when it was playing as a midnight movie in our town when I was sixteen. It spoke to me, it was my life... Well, except for all the sex and the dope.
