Title: Quick connects what size?

I need to order some quick connects but not sure what sizes to get.  I have both T-Sticks and J-Sticks - the diameters of the connectors are different, T-Stick and buttons are 6.4mm wide, my J-Sticks are 5mm wide.

Can I use 6.4mm (1/4") size quick connects on the J-Sticks even though they have connectors that are slightly smaller, or should i order some 5mm ones specifically for the J-Sticks?
