I'm currently looking for an overlay for a metal control panel. I saw the post below but agree that they're a little pricey. I've also been looking on EBAY and just wanting something generic without any type of game distinction. Contact paper does look cheap and not as strong....thanks

i have seen happ overlay..they are strong..but try to find original capcom overlay..they are made of something very strong..they are scratch free....also original is always better..its like a very thick sticker of some sort.i cant explain it right..but its worth the hassle of acutally looking for it..i saw them in my local arcade..you can use that and you dont need plexi glass on top..capcom overlay is good enough by itself..

Best thing to do guy's is go to your local Signmaker - They use a stuff called Vinyl (Basically - it's a thick glossy sticker material that you see on vans/trucks etc.) It can be printed on and better yet it can be cut exactly the way you want , including where the controls are!!!
What you can even do is bring along your own artwork or good quality copies of original artwork.
Printing this way may be a little more pricey, but I guarantee the results are durable(Scratch resistant!) and top quality!! I't what I've used on my Cab.

This place: http://www.arcadeshop.com/parts.htm#Graphics (http://www.arcadeshop.com/parts.htm#Graphics) has blank CPO material if a few differant colors.
