Title: good front-end for component set-up?

My setup.

xp
radeon aiw 8500 with adapter to convert to component,
multiple emus,
screen size is set at 640 by 432.
This is the only set that will work with component in and not cause to much overscan.

I need a front end that will run multiple emus, work on an arcade machine (want to use sticks and buttons for all functions) and support my screen size. Any help??
