I've got my Hantarex Polo connected up via an ArcadeVGA, and it works great, but one slight problem: every so often the image kindof twitches up and back down ever so slightly (like one 'line').
It happens pretty randomly, and it is no biggie, but certainly a bit annoying at times. I don't think it is the cable as I'm sure I've got decent connections. I kindof think something is up with the monitor, but it is new so I hope not :(
Not sure if it is in any way related, but I've noticed a high pitch noise coming from the screen at times also - sometimes it comes/goes with a resolution switch. Not really noticable when the speakers are making some noise, but again a bit annoying when things are quiet.
Any suggestions would be great :)

Do you store it in a cold, dampish place like a garage?
It may be that the tube has got a little condensation on it. Try sticking an electric heater in it and see if it stops. Works for me. :P

The monitor was in a garage for a while...but now it is in my cab in my house, so it should be pretty warm!

I know my screen jumps very slightly when there's a strain on the hydro in my garage, (i.e. furnace or a/c first turns on) then its right back to normal. Since you said it is random, this may be a cause. Next time it happens check to see if something with a heavy load just turned on.

Thanks coconut, but I think I figured it out...basically I hadn't adjusted the v-hold since I set the monitor up some time a go. I adjusted it slightly and it seems to have fixed the problem - I don't know why I didn't think of that before :-[
