I've just received a silverline jamma cabinet, it's got what looks like a 25" monitor in it.
When i switched the machine on the picture was jumping slighty and was out of focus, i adjusted a black rubber screw on the back and seemed to make it better.
But the picture does not fit the entire screen, i was wondering if the other controls on there would do this.
There is two black adjustment screws and a bank of 5 white screws that can be adjusted. Thing is i don't want to adjust any of the white screws and damage anythings.
Any idea if the controls will adjust the screen?
I'll try and put some pics up later.

The controls wil most likely allow you to center/fit the picture on the screen. Maybe you could tell us what brand/type your monitor is? Without additional info or pictures it's really impossible for us to help out.

Since you haven't specified the make and model of the monitor I can only give generalized answers.
Controls labeled either Vertical Height or Vertical Size adjust how tall the picture is. Controls labeled Horiz size or horiz width control how wide the picture is. The width control is frequently a coil which requires a special plastic adjusting tool such as Radio Shack # 64-2220 to adjust it. Sometimes the width coil has a dob of glue in the black adjusting slug to hold it in place. If the slug won't turn easily with the plastic tool inserted then heat with the hot air from a hair dryer for a few minutes to soften the glue.
On the flyback transformer are the Focus and Screen controls. Focus control adjust the focus of the picture. Careful---the focus voltage is 4,000 volts! The Screen control can be considered a coarse brightness control.
